WE ARE BACK!!!!
To Our Patient Family,
We want you to know that we are excited to be back in the office and are looking forward to seeing you and your family. We are here to address all your dental needs at this time. We have been thinking about you, preparing and planning to serve you to the best or our abilities.
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff and community. We have always followed OSHA guidelines and have practiced "Universal Precautions" for each and every patient. Some new things you may notice is that when you first come into the office we will ask a few questions regarding COVID-19, provide you with hand sanitizer, take your temperature and have you rinse with a 1% minty hydrogen peroxide rinse. We also have added medical grade HEPA air filters in each room.
We will be calling you the day before your appointment to confirm you reserved appointment with us. We will ask you a few questions to ensure your safety and ours. If there are any COVID-19 related changes to your appointment, no rescheduling fee will be charged. We do ask that you keep your reserved appointment or alert us with as much notice as possible if you will not be able to keep your appointment or have any concerns related to your appointment.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE: We ask that you arrive at your appointment time and please do not bring guests. Of course, one adult may accompany a minor or patient in need of assistance. If you arrive early for your appointment, we ask that you wait in your car and please call or text us that you have arrived and we will respond to you soon to let you know what we will be bringing you into the office. Appointments will be managed so we can provide the recommended social distancing.
